Growing up, Ken and Ron developed a passion for food. From the start, Ken knew he had a future in the food industry, learning techniques and recipes from his family. After graduating culinary school, ken honed his skills across the country in many different venues. he then decided it was time to open his own place. His younger brother Ron was the perfect partner for this venture, as he had the personality and passion to work with Ken on delivering the perfect product, as well as developing the look and feel of the cafe. Both brothers love to entertain and gather with people, and knew bringing that warm atmosphere to their café would make people notice.
